Terms and Conditions
One agreement for Quick At riders, drivers, business profiles, vehicle rentals, courier, wallet, referral, affiliate marketing, safety tools and app use.
Effective Date: 10 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions are the main agreement for the use of Quick At, the Quick At website, mobile app, driver tools, rider tools, wallet, booking systems, business listings, courier tools, vehicle rental tools, referral and affiliate tools, and every product or service made available by Quick At from time to time.
By opening an account, logging in, registering with Facebook or Google, booking a ride, accepting a trip, listing a vehicle, renting a vehicle, using the wallet, joining referral or affiliate marketing, creating a business listing, using courier or shopping services, uploading content, pressing a panic button, or using any Quick At feature, you accept these Terms.
Important: If a separate written agreement or service-specific policy applies to a product, that agreement applies together with these Terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific service agreement applies to that service.

2. Quick At’s role
Quick At is primarily a technology platform that connects users with each other and with third-party products or services. Unless Quick At clearly states otherwise in writing, Quick At does not directly provide transport, courier, vehicle rental, accommodation, shopping, repair, retail, security, emergency or business services.
Drivers, vehicle owners, renters, businesses, couriers, service providers and affiliates are independent parties. They are not employees, agents, legal partners or representatives of Quick At unless a separate signed written agreement says otherwise.
Quick At may provide booking tools, matching tools, payment processing, wallet functions, user profiles, safety tools, admin workflows, statements, notifications, support and dispute assistance, but Quick At does not guarantee the conduct, quality, legality, availability, timing, suitability, earnings, safety or performance of any independent user or third party.
3. Eligibility and account registration
You must have legal capacity to use the Platform. Where a service requires a person to be 18 years or older, you confirm that you meet that requirement. Services involving driving, vehicle rental, wallet withdrawals, business listings or regulated activities may require additional verification.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your name, mobile number, email address, profile photo, identity information, banking details, driver licence, vehicle documents, business information, address information and any other details requested by Quick At.
You are responsible for your account, password, social login, device, wallet, bookings and all activity under your profile. You must immediately notify Quick At if you suspect unauthorised access, fraud or misuse.
Quick At may refuse registration, delay approval, request extra documents, suspend a profile, remove access, or close an account where information is incomplete, inaccurate, expired, suspicious, unsafe or non-compliant.
4. Facebook and Google login/register
Quick At may allow riders and drivers to register or log in using Google, Facebook or other third-party identity providers. By using social login, you authorise Quick At to receive the account information needed to create, verify or access your Quick At profile.
Social login does not remove your duty to provide correct Quick At account information. If your Google or Facebook profile is disabled, disconnected or inaccurate, you may need to use another login method or verify your account manually.
Google, Facebook and other third-party providers are separate services with their own terms and privacy rules. Quick At is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, data errors, security incidents or decisions made by those providers.
5. App, device, network and location use
You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, GPS/location settings, notification permissions and sufficient battery power when using Quick At services.
Some services require live or background location access. Location information may be used for pickup, drop-off, driver matching, route estimates, safety tools, trip evidence, fraud checks, driver availability, delivery tracking, nearby business results and support investigations.
Maps, GPS, live location, ETA, fare, distance and route information are estimates. They may be affected by network coverage, device settings, traffic, map data, road closures, weather, incorrect addresses, user error or third-party systems.
6. Rider and passenger obligations
Riders must use the Platform lawfully and safely. You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information, be ready at the pickup point, treat drivers and other users respectfully, wear a seatbelt where required, and avoid conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe, fraudulent or illegal.
You may not request rides for unlawful activity, transport dangerous or illegal items, damage a vehicle, avoid payment, create fake trips, abuse refunds, harass a driver, or attempt to pay a driver outside the Platform to bypass Quick At fees or controls.
You are responsible for passengers, children, parcels, luggage, pets, special instructions and any damage, cleaning cost, fine, penalty or loss caused by you or anyone using your booking.
7. Book a Ride, Request a Ride and e-hailing
Quick At may allow riders to request immediate rides, book rides, choose ride categories, request preferred drivers, use driver codes, use wallet balances, use PayFast or another payment method, make offers, request women rides, senior rides, teen rides or other specialised ride types.
A ride request is not guaranteed until a driver accepts it and the booking is confirmed. Drivers may accept, reject or cancel requests subject to Platform rules. Estimated fares, ETAs, driver arrival times and route distances are not guaranteed.
The final payable amount may include fare, distance, waiting time, tolls, stops, route changes, surge or demand adjustments, cancellation charges, admin charges, wallet adjustments, referral rules, business ride fees or other disclosed amounts.
You must pay all confirmed ride amounts. Where cash is allowed, you must pay the driver the correct amount. Where app payment, PayFast, wallet or another electronic payment is used, you authorise Quick At and its payment providers to process the relevant amount.
8. Pre-bookings and scheduled trips
Pre-bookings allow riders to schedule trips for a future time. Quick At and drivers will take reasonable steps to process pre-bookings, but a pre-booking does not guarantee driver availability, exact pickup time, route availability or uninterrupted service.
You must be available and contactable before the scheduled pickup. Late arrival, incorrect details, cancellation, no-show or changed instructions may result in cancellation fees, new pricing or loss of priority.
9. Find a Driver and preferred driver codes
Quick At may allow users to search for a driver by driver code, profile, availability or location details. Driver information is provided to help users make a booking decision, but Quick At does not guarantee the driver’s availability, suitability, conduct, route knowledge, vehicle status or response time.
Users must not misuse driver codes, stalk or harass drivers, share personal driver information unlawfully, or use the feature to bypass the Platform.
10. Special ride services
Quick At may offer or advertise specialised ride categories such as Women Ride, Seniors Ride, Teen Ride, family rides, assisted rides or other service types. These services may have additional requirements, availability limits, driver eligibility checks, instructions, safety notes, pricing rules or cancellation rules.
A specialised ride feature does not create a medical, security, childcare, emergency, caregiving or guardianship service unless Quick At expressly agrees to that in writing. Riders remain responsible for giving correct instructions and ensuring that the service requested is appropriate for the passenger’s needs.
11. Driver registration, approval and conduct
Drivers must register with accurate details and provide all required documents, including driver licence, identity information, vehicle information, inspection records, permits, insurance, profile photo, banking details and any verification documents requested by Quick At.
Drivers must comply with road laws, safety rules, vehicle requirements, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, tax responsibilities, passenger-service duties and all Platform policies. Drivers must not drive under the influence, accept unsafe trips, overcharge, abuse passengers, create fake bookings, manipulate GPS, misuse referral codes, bypass Platform fees or allow unauthorised persons to use a driver profile.
Quick At may approve, reject, suspend, reactivate or remove a driver profile based on documents, safety history, complaints, vehicle status, conduct, fraud checks, inactivity, outstanding amounts, expiry dates or business needs.
12. Driver earnings, rewards, commissions and statements
Driver earnings shown in the app, wallet or Earnings Statement are calculated from data available to Quick At, including completed trips, bookings, app payments, cash collected, commission rules, rewards, bonuses, deductions, expenses entered or estimated, refunds, reversals and adjustments.
Earnings Statements are provided for convenience and operational tracking. They may be corrected if a trip, payment, refund, commission, chargeback, cash amount, wallet amount, expense, referral reward or adjustment was incorrectly recorded.
Quick At may deduct commission, service fees, admin fees, payment processing charges, cancellation charges, penalties, refunds, chargebacks, wallet reversals, outstanding amounts, vehicle rental amounts, driver rewards recoveries or other disclosed amounts before payout.
Driver rewards, incentives and bonuses are discretionary unless confirmed in writing. Quick At may change, pause, reverse or cancel rewards where there is fraud, duplicate activity, fake trips, policy breach, system error or non-compliance.
13. Withdrawals and banking details
Drivers, affiliates, businesses or other users who qualify for payouts must provide correct banking details. Quick At is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect banking details supplied by a user.
Withdrawals may be subject to verification, payout schedules, minimum amounts, fees, bank delays, fraud reviews, chargeback hold periods, tax checks, outstanding balances, commission deductions or other compliance checks.
Quick At may delay, refuse, reverse or hold a payout where fraud, error, dispute, chargeback, duplicate payment, suspicious activity, incorrect documents or breach of these Terms is suspected.
14. Wallet, top-ups and credits
The Quick At Wallet may allow users to top up, receive credits, receive refunds, receive referral earnings, pay for rides, transfer amounts, withdraw eligible balances or view balances. Wallet balances are platform credits and are not bank deposits. They do not earn interest.
Wallet top-ups may be processed through PayFast or another payment provider. Payment provider fees, processing times, reversals, failed payments, chargebacks and verification rules may apply.
Quick At may correct wallet balances where there is system error, duplicate credit, failed payment, chargeback, refund, fraud, misuse, dispute or policy breach. Wallet features may be limited or suspended for safety, compliance or fraud reasons.
Referral or promotional wallet money may have extra limits, expiry rules or usage restrictions. Any limit shown in the app, admin settings, reward page, checkout or promotion forms part of these Terms.
15. Payments, PayFast and third-party payment providers
Quick At may use PayFast and other payment providers for card payments, EFT, checkout, wallet top-ups, ride payments, business payments, rental payments, withdrawals, refunds or settlements.
By making or receiving a payment, you authorise Quick At and the relevant provider to process, verify, hold, release, reverse or refund amounts connected to the service. Payment providers are separate third parties and may have their own terms, fraud checks, timelines, limits, failures or fees.
You may not use stolen cards, unauthorised accounts, fake proof of payment, chargeback abuse, payment manipulation, refund fraud or any method intended to avoid payment.
16. Cancellations, no-shows and refunds
Cancellations and refunds depend on the service, timing, driver arrival, owner rules, business rules, payment provider rules, user conduct, safety incidents, proof supplied and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Quick At may charge or allow cancellation fees, no-show fees, waiting-time fees, admin charges, processing fees or dispute fees where applicable. Some fees may be non-refundable where they have already been incurred or where a user caused the loss.
Refunds may be paid to wallet, original payment method or another approved method. Refund timelines may depend on banks, PayFast, card networks, manual review or fraud checks.
17. Referral and affiliate marketing
Quick At may operate referral and affiliate programs that reward users for qualifying signups, riders, drivers, businesses, bookings, clicks, completed rides, business rides or other tracked actions.
Rewards are only payable when the action is real, valid, tracked correctly, not cancelled, not refunded, not fraudulent and meets the rules shown in the app or admin settings. Quick At may set different reward amounts for riders, drivers, businesses, book-a-ride activity, business ride activity or other campaigns.
You may not create fake accounts, self-refer, use spam, misleading advertising, unauthorised brand claims, fake clicks, duplicate signups, paid traffic that breaches Platform rules, or any method intended to manipulate referral or affiliate rewards.
Quick At may withhold, reduce, reverse or cancel referral or affiliate earnings for fraud, system error, duplicate records, chargebacks, refunds, cancellation, policy breach, suspected abuse or non-compliance with marketing rules.
18. Referral board competitions and promotions
Quick At may run leaderboard, referral board, giveaway, voucher, badge, rewards or promotional campaigns. Each campaign may have additional terms, time periods, qualifying rules, prize rules, verification requirements and winner checks.
Quick At may remove entries, disqualify users, withhold prizes or adjust rankings where there is fraud, manipulation, fake bookings, fake signups, duplicate accounts, system abuse, ineligible activity or breach of these Terms.
19. Business profiles and business rides
Businesses may create or manage listings, upload logos, descriptions, contact information, operating areas, Google Maps addresses, products, services, prices, manager details, social links, ride links, courier pickup options and other business information.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their listings, prices, products, services, images, opening hours, availability, delivery promises, consumer statements and contact details are accurate and lawful.
Quick At may remove or edit business listings that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe, offensive, inactive, fraudulent, duplicate, spammy or inconsistent with Platform quality rules.
20. Shops, services, shopping and catalogues
Quick At may display shops, product catalogues, service providers, specials, prices, descriptions, images, daily-refresh listings and nearby-store results. These listings may be created by businesses or imported from available information.
Quick At does not guarantee that product prices, stock, specials, opening hours, service availability, delivery time, product quality, descriptions or images are always accurate. Users must confirm details with the business where necessary.
Businesses and sellers remain responsible for their products, services, warranties, returns, consumer obligations, licensing and legal compliance.
21. Accommodation and listed places
Quick At may display accommodation, places, venues, addresses, contact details, ride links or related services. Accommodation providers and place owners are responsible for their own listings, pricing, rules, availability, safety, permits, guest terms, cancellation rules and service quality.
Quick At is not responsible for accommodation disputes, property condition, guest conduct, overbooking, deposits, hidden fees, property damage, access issues or inaccurate venue information supplied by third parties.
22. Courier, delivery and parcel services
Courier and delivery services may allow users to request pickup and drop-off of parcels, documents, goods, shopping orders or business deliveries. Users must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, package details, recipient contact details and handling instructions.
You may not send illegal, dangerous, stolen, hazardous, explosive, restricted, perishable without disclosure, or prohibited items. Quick At, drivers and couriers may refuse parcels that appear unsafe, unlawful, misdescribed or unsuitable.
Unless a separate written insurance or liability arrangement applies, Quick At is not liable for parcel loss, delay, damage, incorrect recipient details, poor packaging, hidden contents, third-party actions or events outside reasonable control.
23. Rent Out Vehicle and Find Vehicle
Vehicle owners may list vehicles for rental or use through Quick At. Owners must be legally entitled to list the vehicle and must ensure that vehicle information, registration details, availability, pricing, photos, insurance status, condition, mileage and restrictions are accurate.
Renters must be legally allowed to drive or use the vehicle, must provide accurate information, must follow owner rules, must not use the vehicle unlawfully, must not allow unauthorised drivers, and must return the vehicle in the agreed condition, location and time.
Quick At is not responsible for vehicle defects, mechanical failure, theft, fines, impoundment, roadworthiness, insurance gaps, owner disputes, renter misuse, accidents, damage, cleaning, traffic penalties or loss of income unless Quick At separately accepts that responsibility in writing.
Vehicle rental disputes should first be handled between owner, renter, insurer and any relevant authority. Quick At may assist with records, messages, payment information or admin review where available.
24. Panic, safety and emergency tools
Quick At may provide panic buttons, emergency alerts, SOS functions, safety notices, guardian messages, location sharing, community safety information or related features. These tools are intended to assist with communication and escalation, but they are not a replacement for police, ambulance, fire, private security, medical or other emergency services.
Quick At does not guarantee emergency response, attendance, intervention, response time, uninterrupted tracking, network coverage, device functionality or successful prevention of harm. Users must contact official emergency services directly where necessary.
Misuse of panic or emergency tools, including false alerts or harassment, may result in suspension, fees, reports to authorities or account termination.
25. Messages, notifications and support
Quick At may send app notifications, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, push notifications, driver alerts, booking updates, receipts, support messages, marketing messages and safety notices. You are responsible for keeping contact details up to date.
Messages between users must be respectful and related to the service. Quick At may review message records where needed for safety, support, fraud prevention, dispute handling or policy enforcement.
Support may be provided through the Help page, WhatsApp links, email, phone, app forms or admin tools. Support times and outcomes are not guaranteed.
26. User content, uploads and profile information
You are responsible for content you upload, including profile photos, vehicle photos, business logos, product images, documents, descriptions, messages, reviews, banking details, links and social media information.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, false, misleading, stolen, discriminatory, abusive, pornographic, violent, unsafe, defamatory, spammy, infringing or harmful to Quick At, users or third parties.
You grant Quick At permission to use, display, store, process, resize, publish and share your uploaded content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, support, verify and protect the Platform.
27. Verification, fraud checks and compliance
Quick At may verify identity, documents, driver licence, vehicle details, business information, banking details, payment activity, location history, device data, wallet activity, referral activity, booking history and other information needed for safety, compliance, payments or fraud prevention.
You must cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Failure to do so may result in delayed bookings, delayed payouts, limited features, suspended accounts or termination.
28. Privacy and personal information
Quick At processes personal information according to the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Information may be used for registration, verification, bookings, payments, wallet, support, fraud prevention, safety, location services, marketing where allowed, analytics, statements, legal compliance and Platform improvement.
Some information may be shared with drivers, riders, businesses, owners, renters, payment providers, verification providers, emergency contacts, support providers, technology providers, insurers, legal advisers, regulators or authorities where reasonably required.
By using Quick At, you acknowledge that certain services cannot work without collecting and sharing limited service information, such as pickup location, driver details, rider details, vehicle details, business location, delivery details or payment status.
29. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, false documents or fake bookings.
- Harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, hate speech or abusive conduct.
- Driving under the influence, unsafe driving, road-law breaches or unauthorised vehicle use.
- Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, wallet manipulation or bypassing Platform fees.
- Spam, misleading affiliate marketing, referral manipulation or fake clicks.
- Scraping, hacking, reverse engineering, interfering with systems or unauthorised access.
- Transporting illegal, dangerous, stolen or prohibited items.
- Uploading unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content.
- Using Quick At to arrange off-platform payments or bookings to avoid fees or safety controls.
30. Suspension, limitation and termination
Quick At may suspend, limit, hide, remove, deactivate or terminate any account, listing, wallet, payout, driver profile, business profile, referral code, affiliate profile, booking access, vehicle listing or feature where there is suspected fraud, safety risk, complaints, non-payment, chargeback, policy breach, expired documents, unlawful conduct, abuse, inactivity or business risk.
Termination does not remove obligations already incurred, including payment obligations, refunds, chargebacks, damages, commissions, fines, vehicle return, outstanding rentals, legal claims or indemnities.
31. Fees, commissions and changes to pricing
Quick At may charge service fees, ride commissions, booking fees, payment processing fees, wallet fees, admin fees, withdrawal fees, cancellation fees, rental commissions, business listing fees, courier fees, subscription fees, promotional adjustments or other charges disclosed in the app, admin portal, invoice, statement or policy.
Quick At may update pricing, commission, reward amounts, referral amounts, fare calculation, cancellation fees and other charges from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated amounts.
32. Taxes and records
Users are responsible for their own taxes, VAT where applicable, income records, invoices, receipts, business obligations and financial reporting. Quick At statements and receipts are operational records and may need to be reviewed with your accountant or tax adviser.
Quick At may keep records of trips, payments, invoices, statements, acceptance ticks, user IDs, timestamps, IP addresses, documents and communication where required for business, tax, safety, legal or compliance purposes.
33. Intellectual property
The Quick At name, logos, icons, designs, buttons, pages, forms, code, app layout, text, graphics, workflows, databases and Platform materials belong to Quick At or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, misuse, imitate or exploit Quick At intellectual property without written permission, except where allowed by law.
34. Third-party services and links
The Platform may link to or integrate with PayFast, Google, Facebook, Google Maps, WhatsApp, SMS providers, email providers, banks, hosting providers, app stores, verification providers, emergency providers, social media platforms, businesses and other third parties.
Third-party services are controlled by those providers. Quick At is not responsible for their outages, errors, fees, data practices, account decisions, terms, security incidents or performance.
35. No guarantees
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Quick At does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, driver availability, rider availability, vehicle availability, business availability, emergency response, earnings, profits, referral income, exact fare estimates, exact routes, exact arrival times or that every service will be available in every area.
36. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick At is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, data loss, missed trips, delays, vehicle downtime, rental disputes, parcel loss, service failure or third-party conduct.
Quick At is not liable for acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, fraud, driving, service quality, vehicle condition, product quality, accommodation condition, parcel handling, payment failure, emergency response or listing accuracy of independent users or third parties.
37. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Quick At, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, administrators, agents and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, chargebacks, refunds, legal costs and liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, your content, your vehicle, your driving, your rental activity, your business listing, your parcel, your referral marketing, your payment activity or your dispute with another user.
38. Disputes between users
Users should first try to resolve disputes directly and respectfully. Quick At may assist with available records, support workflows, admin review or reasonable mediation, but Quick At is not required to decide every dispute or pay losses caused by one user to another.
Quick At may make operational decisions such as refunds, wallet reversals, suspensions, ranking adjustments, listing removals or payout holds based on available evidence and Platform rules.
39. Changes to these Terms
Quick At may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version may be posted on the Terms and Conditions page, shown in the app, added to the footer, or communicated by another reasonable method.
Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Quick At services.
40. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless another law must apply by mandatory legal rule. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
41. Contact and Help
For help, users should use the Quick At Help or Support page, contact links in the footer, in-app support tools, or the contact details published by Quick At from time to time.
Legal notices should include your full name, user type, account email or mobile number, booking reference where applicable, and a clear description of the issue.
Acceptance
By using Quick At, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and all service-specific rules that apply to the product or service you use.
