Quick At – Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy governs cancellations, wallet reversals, and refund handling for rides and rentals.
1. Ride cancellations
Passengers and drivers may cancel, but cancellation fees may apply depending on timing, travel already incurred, repeated abuse, or driver arrival.
2. Rental cancellations
Rental refunds may depend on notice period, owner rules, payment processing costs, admin charges, and whether the booking has started.
3. Wallet refunds
Approved refunds may be returned to the Quick At wallet or original payment method, subject to provider timelines and fraud review.
4. Non-refundable items
Processing fees, admin charges, penalties linked to user misconduct, or fraud-related reversals may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
5. Review and abuse
Quick At may request evidence and may deny refunds where misuse, false claims, or policy breaches are identified.
