Quick At – Vehicle Owner Rental Agreement

Effective Date: 04 March 2026

This Agreement applies to any person or business listing a vehicle for rental through Quick At.

1. Ownership and authority

The owner confirms that they are the legal owner of the vehicle, or have full legal authority to list and rent it out.

2. Vehicle condition

The owner must ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, legally registered, properly maintained, clean, and free from undisclosed defects.

3. Insurance and compliance

The owner is responsible for insurance, licensing, regulatory compliance, and confirming that their insurance covers rental or peer-to-peer use where required.

4. Handover and records

The owner should record mileage, fuel level, photographs, existing damage, and accessories before and after each rental.

5. Claims and losses

Any claim for damage, misuse, or loss must be pursued against the renter, insurer, or other liable party. Quick At may help with records or communications but does not assume liability for the vehicle.
