Quick At – Vehicle Owner Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern vehicle owners using Quick At to rent out their vehicles.

1. Listing obligations

Owners must provide accurate vehicle details, fair pricing, known defects, restrictions, and all required documents.

2. Owner responsibilities

Owners remain responsible for maintenance, roadworthiness, insurance, compliance, taxes, and lawful operation of the listing.

3. Driver-caused damage

Quick At does not take responsibility for scratches, dents, accidents, theft, misuse, fines, impoundment, or other damage involving the owner’s vehicle. Claims must be handled between the owner, renter, insurer, or other liable party.

4. Indemnity

Owners indemnify Quick At against claims arising from their vehicle, listing, maintenance failures, legal non-compliance, or disputes with renters or third parties.

5. Payouts and holds

Quick At may hold payouts where a dispute, refund request, chargeback, fraud concern, or legal issue is under review.
