What must a driver upload?
A driver may be asked to upload profile photos, face verification photos, license documents, vehicle documents, number plate photos, vehicle photos, roadworthy or permit documents, and other required approval files.
When can a driver receive trips?
A driver can receive trips after their driver account is registered, approved, not on hold, and available for the ride or courier service type requested.
Affiliate marketing
What is the Quick At Affiliate Marketing program?
Affiliate Marketing lets a user promote Quick At through an affiliate link or code. The affiliate can earn from qualifying driver registrations, business uploads, and rides generated through their affiliate activity.
How much does an affiliate earn from drivers?
When a driver registers under an affiliate link, the affiliate earns R0.05 for every trip that driver completes, according to the affiliate tracking rules.

When a rider books a ride directly from a business connected to the affiliate, the affiliate earns R0.05 for that qualifying ride.
How much does an affiliate earn from verified business profiles?
An affiliate can earn R0.10 for each business profile created under their affiliate code after Quick At verifies that the business and profile are active. Active rider profiles connected to those business profiles can earn R0.50 after verification.
Where can affiliates see earnings?
Affiliate earnings appear under the Affiliate Marketing program page, including the drivers or businesses connected to the affiliate and the amount earned from qualifying activity.
Referral
How does a referral code work?
A rider can enter a registered referral code during booking. The code can belong to another rider, driver, business, or active Quick At promo/referral record.
Can a rider use their own referral code?
No. A rider cannot use their own referral code or their own business referral code. The booking must use a registered referral code from someone else.
What happens if the referral code is not registered?
The booking will not continue with an invalid code. The rider must remove the code or enter a valid registered referral code.

The Wallet shows available wallet balance, promo cash, and referral earnings. Users can use wallet funds for supported payments when enough balance is available.
Can I transfer funds to another user?
Yes. The Wallet page includes a Transfer Funds section where a user can enter a recipient email or username and the amount to transfer.
What are referral earnings?
Referral earnings are amounts earned when qualifying referral or affiliate rules are met. These earnings are displayed separately so the user can track code use and rewards.
Business Listing
How does a business create a listing?
A business owner creates a Business Profile and adds the business name, logo, contact details, Google Maps address, manager details, social media links, category, products or services, and pickup address.
Must a business choose Shopping or Services?
Yes. The business must choose whether it is a Shopping business or a Services business. Shopping businesses list products and categories. Service businesses list services, pictures, prices, and service details.
How are businesses shown in Shopping or Services?
Only businesses matching the selected category or searched product/service should show. If no business is listed under that category or product, the result should stay empty.

A Pre-Booking lets a rider schedule a ride or booking for a future date and time. The booking can be shown under My Trips or Previous Trips depending on status.
